This year we have curated a program that truly has something for everyone. From thought provoking forums and intimate discussions to high energy dance parties and the legendary beach parade, every moment of Gold Coast Pride Festival 2024 is designed to bring people together and amplify diverse voices within our community.

The festival kicks off on Friday 31 May with our official opening night. This is where we set the tone for the entire weekend. Expect an evening of honest conversations, inspiring speakers and performances from some of the most exciting local LGBTQIA+ artists. It is a chance to connect, reflect and get energised for the celebration ahead.

Saturday 1 June is where things really come alive. From early morning, the energy across the Gold Coast will be electric. The Pride Fair Day opens with a vibrant marketplace featuring local businesses, community groups, food trucks and entertainment for all ages. It is the perfect place to meet new people, support local artisans and soak up the party atmosphere.

One of the biggest highlights every single year is the Beach and Street Parade. Picture hundreds of people walking together along Narrow Neck in Surfers Paradise, a flowing river of colour, glitter, flags and pure happiness. It is a powerful visual reminder of how far the community has come and how beautiful it is when we stand together. The parade is open to everyone and we encourage you to join in and be part of the magic.

As the sun goes down on Saturday night, the main stage comes alive with an epic lineup of DJs, performers and special guests. The official after party is the biggest celebration of the year and it is going to be spectacular. Dance under the stars with the ocean breeze on your skin and a crowd of beautiful people celebrating love in all its forms. Tickets for the after party are limited so make sure you grab yours early.
