Sail with pride on the Gold Coast Broadwater
The Pride Boat Parade is a spectacular celebration on the water. Decorate your boat, kayak or paddleboard in your brightest rainbow colours and join the flotilla as we sail together along the Gold Coast Broadwater.
This is a free community event open to everyone. Whether you have a luxury yacht, a tinnie, a kayak or a paddleboard, you are welcome to join the parade.

About the Parade
The Pride Boat Parade is a colourful flotilla that brings the community together on the water. It is a chance to show your pride in a unique and unforgettable way.
All vessels are welcome. We encourage you to decorate your boat with flags, banners, balloons and anything else that celebrates the spirit of Pride. The more colourful, the better.
The parade route will take us along the beautiful Broadwater with stunning views of the Gold Coast skyline. It is a perfect way to celebrate Pride with friends, family and the community.
Important Information
- All vessels must comply with maritime safety regulations
- Life jackets must be worn by all participants
- Skippers must hold a valid boat licence
- Alcohol consumption on boats is strictly prohibited
- Please maintain a safe distance from other vessels
- No loud music that may disturb marine life
Register Your Vessel
To help us manage the flotilla, we ask that you register your vessel before the event. This helps us coordinate safely and ensure everyone has a great time.
