Join us for a weekend away on a tropical island. Hosted by Gold Coast Pride on beautiful Couran Cove on South Stradbroke Island, 3 great parties await you: Opening Party on Friday night, Sunset Beach Party on Saturday night and our Big Gay Pool Party on Sunday! Each day is jam-packed full of activities to suit everyone - you can kayak in the lagoon or go for a bike ride around the island; play a game of tennis or take a bush walk on one of the many beautiful walking trails through subtropical beach rainforest. We’ll supply DJs and drag shows with scenery by Mother Natures. You pack your togs and tiaras - don't forget the sunscreen and sparkles - get ready for a weekend of camp summer fun in the sun!

You need to purchase a Big Gay Pool Party Ticket to go onto the Waitlist Ferry, which is independently organised.Ferry Departs from Marina Mirage at 10am and departs from the island at 6pm. It's a 30 minute ferry ride to and from the island and time may change depending on the numbers.

No payment is taken now. You will be contacted when this ferry goes on sale to make a booking and pay when you make the booking. This waitlist does not guarantee your spot on the ferry until you make a paid booking.

Located on the Beach overlooking our Marina and Lagoon areas our 2 Bedroom Beachfront Lodges feature direct beach access and are perfect for families wanting more room and larger self catering facilities.

Bedroom 1 features a King Size Bed and bedroom 2 has 2 x Single beds. There is also a SOFA bed in the lounge (children up to 17yrs stay free). The full size kitchen features 4 gas hotplates, sink, microwave, fridge and plenty of bench space. The large decks overlook the beach and Lagoon or Marina. All lodges have Marble Bathrooms with twin vanities, separate shower and bath and separate toilet. Ceiling fans, air-conditioning and insect screens. Maximum Occupancy is 5. Nestled in the forest area between the resort and surf beach our 2 Bedroom Eco Cabins are perfect for families or groups wanting privacy and seclusion. Please note the our Eco Cabins are located 1.5km from the reception, restaurant and pool areas so are only suitable for guests happy to ride or walk everywhere.

There are 2 designs of Eco Cabins, some are single level, featuring 2 bedrooms + sunroom & 1 bathroom, others are split level featuring 2 bedrooms + loft (with single bed) & 2 bathrooms (Kite Eco Cabins). Bedding is 1 x Queen, 2 x Singles + sofa bed or single bed in loft. Cabins feature kitchens, dining area, lounge area with gas heaters, simple bathrooms with separate showers. Ceiling fans, insect screens but no air-conditioning. Eco cabins are a more basic standard than our other room types. Maximum occupancy is 5. Our 4 Bedroom Broadwater Villas are large 2 storey Holiday Homes located within the main resort area overlooking the water.
